R Recaro seats

Hi All, Recently purchased a R and love it such an amazing car. It came with the cloth seats but ideally wanted one with the Recaro's, but I know a lot of people don't pay for that extra. Does anyone here have them? and if you do, what do you think of them? are they worth the cost? I love the look of them but would like to know how comfortable they are compared to the standard seats. Also does anyone have an idea of the cost plus fitting from a dealership? I know they are around £1,600 as an extra on a new car but I guess they will be considerably more buying separately.

Yes I do (well full leather ones in an R32) they are definitely worth it! But as they command a premium you may be able to get some aftermarket Recaros for a lot less..

They sell for around £2000 for a pair of fronts.

I wouldnt mind upgrading my cloths but i bet there rare as rocking horse s***! Well worth the price though there gorgeous

Can get rs4 buckets and similar for abit less but i dont think there as nice

I have the Recaros. i find them very comfy actually. i do miss the adjustable lumbar suport. but you get used to not having it. they are a pain if you want to get anybody in the back seats though

Agreed about the rear access it's shocking. Plus don't want anyone scratching the piano black backs of them lol. I personally find them very comfortable too
