Re: Victor
I agree they all look stunning so was going to go for the cheapest which are the H&R's but still in warranty until end of June so do i go VWR with certificate and someone said H&R's felt bouncy so back to square one again now.

vwrs sit higher at the back than h&rs. victor looks like he's leaning down, kind of keeping the roof angle the same, h&rs squat the back more so the car sits flatter. vwrs could do with going 10mm lower at the back; they do sit up a bit, but are a firmer ride, which you probably wouldn't expect, so if you can live with that slightly bigger rear arch gap go vwrs. if you want as low as you can go (excluding coilovers or air) it's h&rs. they'll only affect warranty claims that the springs could have caused/influenced i think. let us know what you decide on!

Re: Victor
So are the H&R's bouncier than the standard springs in sport mode? and do the VWR's feel harder than standard springs? Sorry for all the questions but I want the hardness to be about the same as standard springs, just lower.

Re: Victor
No lowering springs feel the same as standard, they all make the ride firmer. Just the H&R and VWR act slightly different. I had H&R and found the very crashy. (Not a fan). I will probably get hate for it though. If I didn't have coilovers id probably go for VWR after being in victor.robinalex wrote:So are the H&R's bouncier than the standard springs in sport mode? and do the VWR's feel harder than standard springs? Re: Victor
Ok, think I'm going for the VWR's, is there a particular model number for a manual petrol like there is with the H&R's and where would you get these from at the best price?
