Loss of power
Hi all. Driving along in my 177 diesel Dsg at about 50 and I lost power, putting my foot on the throttle did nothing and it started to decelerate as if my foot was off the pedal. I tipped it over and back again and it became normal straight away. I guess it's a software glitch as it happened once a couple of years ago on my 210 petrol Dsg. Any ideas?

Could be the vacuum seal on your turbo. Mine did the same thing, but would come back ok when you restarted the engine, but then go into limp mode if you revved hard.
