My new R (maggie)

Post by Jojreynolds »

hi guys,

first off i thought id start a new thread as iv got a new car and she is amazing. i previously owned a candy white 170bhp GT TDI which served a purpose but now millage is no longer a issue iv took the plunge and gone and bought a rising blue R in a amazing spec

i toyed with other cars and looked around long and hard and just kept coming back to the roc as it ticked all the boxes.

so here she is

Cheers guys, picked it up from just north of Nottingham so thought it would be rude not to give her a blast through the Peak District, shame about the weather up there but well worth the trip.

Love those seats, and the R in blue just really works. Will be a completely different car to the diesel!

Alloys are sorted, have a set of gloss black/diamond cut savannahs going on when the new KW coilovers are fitted in a couple of weeks. I'm keeping the car OEM plus. So mainly factory upgrades to the visual look but will be doing some after market performance upgrades. :)

What model of kw coilovers do you plan to buy? If it is the plug and play ddc, i would be very interested in a before/after comparison from handling and ride comfort point of view.
Cheers
