Dsg launch control missing second gear

In: Deep Black
With a: DSG box
Options: Dcc , pano roo, carbon interior, leather seats, RNS-CD Head unit , and many more soon including r body kit and full akropovic exhaust ,hid headlights ,k04 stage 3 upgrade and a mad colour change , hopefully all done end of 2014

Dsg launch control missing second gear

Any one else had an issue where in sport or manual when using launch control its spins up and misses second gear and just leaves you sat in one spot on the limiter not even spinning the wheels anymore as if it has hit neutral ? It's done it twice now where it has failed to upshift anyone know why or how to fix this ? Many thanks in advance
