Genuine roof bars fitting instructions?

I've bought some genuine roof bars of eBay and there are no fitting instructions does anybody have a pdf copy or a few photos of the instructions? Any help greatly appreciated because I don't know if I have all the tools for fitting, cheers.

All you need is a torque wrench and something that will help you to pull down the rubber around the windows - a credit card sized piece of plastic is perfect.

Make sure you have someone to help you, they are a nightmare to fit. Good luck!
