Today my car had a big problem with the engine I can't say anything about it till the dealer gives me a report to what happend but I'd advise all new TDI owners to check the oil level at once.

Whats the spec of the oil the TDI takes - the manual doesn't tell you!!??! (Its 'TBD' LOL)

checking oil in the dark is not fun...however am reassured to find plenty in there after 500 miles...what was the problem with yours? and good luck in fixing it

When I picked up my car I found in the boot a complimentary litre of Castrol, I did not realise that I was expected to fill it myself.
TÜV Approved, Nürburgring Tested.
