trip computer after car been services

hi guys

i don't know if anyone else has had the same problem
just had time distance service done at vw
got back home and check to see if they reset service milage
on trip computer and apparently i have already losses 600 miles\
out ten thousand miles service
i only 25 miles away from vw
i try to reset but it has not work
just wondering if anyone else has had same experience

The service counter uses kilometres, which are then converted into miles. The actual service interval is 15,000 kilometres which is actually 9,300 miles, and that's what the counter starts from.
