As they tried to remove the rear wheel for repair the LOCKING WHEEL NUT BROKE and so I'm now stranded with a flat tyre as the wheel cannot be removed.
Can anyone please advice on the quickest way to get this sorted.

Try the AA or RAC, they should carry kits for this type of thing. Is it the key or bolt that has broken? I believe VW have master keys if it's the key that has gone.

There are not many combinations of the.wheel bolt key.so most VW have one of each in the workshop and if they advise which code you have from the VIN, you can order a new one.

i rang vw and apparently they stopped doing this and now only will allow them to take the old locking wheel nuts out and then you have to purchase a whole new locking wheel nut and socket kit :S
