Impressed with it. Fuel economy is shocking though. Think there is something wrong with it. Can't get more than 40mpg. Most the time it's between 25-30mpg.

Looks really nice mate! About the MPG figures my dad bought an Audi A5 a couple of years back and he had the same problem for the first couple is months, he took it back to audi and they couldn't find anything wrong with it, as it got older and the miles racked up it started getting better.

Car looks really good so much better wth it lowered I have my car booked in this Thursday to have my springs fitted
Vwr ones I don't think they drop it as much as your h&r ones
Fuel Economy was rubbish on my mk7 golf with the same engine until it had a few miles and the engine loosened up then I started to get good mpg

What made you swap from the Mk7?lesvw123 wrote:Car looks really good so much better wth it lowered I have my car booked in this Thursday to have my springs fitted

I had a Mk7 R on order. Unfortunately my wife cheated on me and left, meant I had to cancel my R order and get whatever was in stock. In spite of searching for a Mk7 R. Love the Rocco though. This is my 2nd one.

The scirocco is a stunning car to look at from the basic model up to the r , the golf looks the same in most models until you get to the gt or r plus every other car on the motorway is a golf and I just found it boring ,you drive a scirocco and everybody looks at it

Tweaks enabled via VCDS so far:
Automatic coming home lights
Speedo in MPH on MFD
XDS differential with "Strong" setting
Alarm chirp on lock only
Don't think there is anything else I really need to enable at this point.

Lovely looking car mate, especially in that colour. Look at it every day, enjoy it and forget about the ex wife.

I bought my Rocco at 6 months and 6k, having 1 previous lady owner. When I got it I averaged 42mpg. After 16k I'm getting 52 mpg and the car feels a bit quicker. Probably loosened up as I do tend to give it a bit of stick.Deako wrote:[url=

Took delivery of a Porsche 911 coolant cap, oil cap and black washer cap today.
The oil cap doesn't fit though.
