The windows in my '10 Scirocco are giving me headaches again.
It's now the passenger side's turn to cause problems.. whenever it needs to descend that 1cm out of the seal (unlocking car, opening door, etc.) it doesn't go down enough - not enough out of the sill at least. It also looks as if the front side is lower than the back.. I can still open the door, but I'm afraid it might cause damage to the seal over time. After opening the door, I'm able to push the window down slightly by hand. It has no problem going back into the seal. (after closing/locking)
The window controls work as usual, though I did try a window reset. Is there anything I can try by myself, before opening my wallet to the local stealers? Some VAGCOM checks perhaps? I'm no good at disassembling things, so removing the door panel is out of the question.
