She did buy black wheels to go with it so it looked like they were being changed but the cake woman never put them on or gave us them

Picked this up last night. Swapped my TDI 170 Manual which Ive had for about 9 months for a TSI 210 DSG. Loving it so far.

Whilst we were on holiday in France , i came across this interesting bridge that seemed to just 'stop' at the edge of the road than runs alongside the river Loire .

https://www.google.co.uk/maps/@47.61136 ... PZYxXQ!2e0

Intrigued , i wanted to find the other 'end' to see if we could go and explore ! . With a bit of help from the satnav i managed to find a place we could get access to it.
After parking the car up - it struck me as a great scene to take a few snaps with the car :)

Image

We managed to walk alongside the arches until an embankment where we could climb up and get to the top , Me and my nipper then walked the viaduct right to the end enjoying a great unspoilt view across the Loire Valley. It turns out that this was once a railway but the bridge crossing the river was bombed by the Luftwaffe during WW2 , and this section of viaduct over the flood plain ( about 1 mile long) is all that remains of the old railway. On google earth , you can still see the remains of the pontoons in the river bed that once carried the bridge across. Anyway - it's a great backdrop for a few arty pics of our favorite car if you can get the perspective right . This pic was taken with my mobile phone - but it's not bad considering  . I used the snapseed app to edit the photo and used the 'drama' filter in both weak (above) and strong (below) modes to achieve the effects in the pics

Please excuse the roofbars !
