anyone tell me where the dv valve is located on the 2.0tsi

Go underneath, look at the back of the engine on the drivers side, you'll see the turbo, the DV is bolted to the turbo with 3 Allen keys.shearermax wrote:anyone tell me where the dv valve is located on the 2.0tsi

It's because it's the most efficient place to put a DV, the old 1.8t used to have the DV on a turbo pipe but that sometimes lead to turbo stall :-)shearermax wrote:thanks man, ill have a look why have they put it in a stupid place like that

Its a nightmare to get off though... ive tried
maybe i just dont have the correct tools. but one of the bolts is not visible which made me give up!
