Dsg ticking

Hi it's been a while since I've posted. I've been a happy 2.0 tsi owner from 2009. The car has just passed 27,000 miles and thought the dsg could do with a service. All went well following the oil change using the many guides available. About 4.5 litres came out and 4.5 litres went back in along with a new filter. I also have vcds so could check oil level based on the temperature. After starting the car and cycling the box through all gears the dsg box has started to make a ticking noise in park and neutral. It goes away when you select R, D or S but comes back when reselecting P or N. It is not there everytime and comes and goes for no reason. Also today went over a bumpy stretch on the road and I could hear a metallic rattling noise which went away when the road smoothed out. I find this really strange as just as I am trying to look after the gearbox this happens. I think it's just coincidence after my oil change but has anyone any experience of this? A search on line reveals noises in the dsg relating to the dual mass flywheel and poor or no gear selection. My car still drives the way it always has.
