Would it be better to write a letter to the customer car address or email luxurycars?

Yeah they offered 50% to repair both wings but wanted me to contribute £900...feck that! and surprise surprise I sold the car to a saleman who worked in the vw dealership that inspected it and low and behold when he put it in for the warranty claim it was approved.....

Write a well worded letter and they will call you. Im currently having some issues and was called 2 days from sending the letter and its all currently being processed and dealt with.

Issue is the bad bad experiences ive had fixing replacing and repairs under warranty and being promised stuff and never ended up happening. Longgg longgg story. More like stories.

In general people seem to get a faster response by using twitter / facebook and copying the guilty party on the post. Don't bad mouth them, just state the facts and the issues behind your disatisfaction and take it from there.
