Rising blue scirocco from Cheshire
I have owned my 2009 scirocco gt tdi for about 18 months now, bought the car standard from fords of winsford, had the car about a wee before the modding started, first mod was to debadge the rear
Day I picked the car up
Debadged rear
Then a few weeks after saying I wouldn't modify the car, h&r lowering spring
Then after driving it for a few months I was getting bored of the way it looked so after a long search of the internet I decided to get some kW ddc coilovers
After a week or too after fitting the coilovers I decided to change the wheels, so went for some 3sdm 0.05 alloys
Only had these alloys on my car for about 4 weeks as wasn't liking how the wheels looked on my car so changed them to some rota grid drifts
Was running the grids for about 5 months, but wasn't keen on the wobbly bolts and was always wanting a set of bentley alloys so after a few months of searching I got myself of 19" bentley split rims
Also in the middle of doing all this I removed the rear wiper with a glass piece, fitted a milltek dpf back exhaust, dpf removal and a remap, fitted a front lower splitter
Then after a week of having the bentley a on I decided get them powercoated
This is how the car stands now after 18 months of work and there's a few more things happening to car this year will keep this up to date,
Cheers for looking

Re: Rising blue scirocco from Cheshire
Cars looking well with the 3sdm 0.05s on mate!
Suppose you don't have any more photos i could see with the rocco sat on them?
Also how low are you there on the 0.05s?
Love the Bentley also but don't think i could pull myself to the price for them

Very nice. How are you finding the Miltek?
Was considering it for my TDI.

It looks like a Triple R splitter to me? they don't list one on their website but sure they make one for the SciroccoSyn2907 wrote:Where'd you get the splitter from mate?

Re: Rising blue scirocco from Cheshire
Hello Guys
I realise this is quite an old post, but im looking about a set of grid drifts, preferably the exact same ones on this scirocco.
Its quite hard to make out what colour these ones are, are they silver or gun metal? And if anyone knows of anyone selling a set of grid drifts it would be appreciated.
Thanks
