R folks.

I have just taken delivery of my new Scirocco R. Wasn't planning of buying one but when I saw it in the show room. You might know they saying: hook, line and sinker. well that was me.
First impressions: It's awesome, really nice looking, nice to drive, engine pulls nicely. The wife thinks the seats are a bit hard and that it is a bit loud. Its meant to be this way is says.
I haven't had a car in few years due working/living in middle east and not requiring a car. Last car I drove was a POS Accent 1.6sht. So it not much to compare with. But i feel there is some lag before the turbo spins up in normal drive mode on the DSG. While in sport, hell yes! It goes like..... well....a really fast car.

My car is white, with standard options i think. Missing a reversing camera, the POS Accent had one. So i guess that is the first thing to come.

For some weird reason the reverse camera is only an option on the base spec and the GT .
