Knowledgeable and helpful scirocco owners

Post by Kennowaybino »

Hi , having recently sold my lovely scirocco and currently awaiting delivery of a new Audi A3 i joined the Audi owners forum, I posted a few queries on the site with regards to mods that i planned to do once i take delivery.
On this site many scirocco owners answered my queries with some excellent practical advice, where as in Audi site almost zero !!
Will always be grateful to all the owners for their help

Feel free to ask any questions about the Audi on here. Some members experiences are not just limited to the Scirocco :)

Thank's Bob, that's good to know. What i was looking for advice with :- I have a set of 19 ins deepdish mysth alloys that i imported from France for my scirocco.
Only seen Audi A3 fitted with 18 ins wheels, and was rather hoping to fit the 19 ins to the Audi at some time but not sure if these will be compatable ?

The PCD is 5x112 so they are compatible. Scirocco has an.offset of ET41 whereas the offset of the A3 will be nearer ET51. Really depends on what width and offset the wheels you have are to see if there is likely to be anyrubbing issues.
