Re: The Chronicles of an Australian Scirocco R
Nice car josh, just a quick question.
You know the rubber lip, is it a grey kind of colour or is it black? If its black I may get it for my car as it is super cheap, but if tis grey i cant put a grey lip on a black bumper (my cars black) it would look pretty bad!

Hi mate
The rubber lip is from EZlip.com. I use it now as a protective layer under my Kerscher CF splitter. It is black but lighter in colour than the CF lip. Hope this helps.

Update: We've got a new house and the car moved in to its new garage today (4 car garage thankfully). Just one pic while I drive up the ramp carefully haha
And a few from a recent drive out to the country

Cheers guys
First part arrived from Germany today. Very pleased with the workmanship considering that it was a 1 month wait.

Thanks Tymondo. Very generous compliment
Luigi, I got the diffuser from Boca Designs. Great finish and fits perfect like OEM.

Fantastic looking car!
I'm not a huge fan of the diffuser, myself, but it does fit with the overall look of the car.
I really like the German flag emblem, next to the R. That's a really small but effective and classy touch of style, imo.
