Lovely colour. Not a fan of anything other than the interlagos' on the scirocco's but they are very nice wheels and suit the car well.

Cheers, Sidewaysgt4 I did love the original wheels, just a bit too small.
Did feel bad selling them, but I think these really make the car.

I want to see more of the wheels
I agree! Roadrunner, we need to see more pictures of your car, are those the same wheels as mine? 9.5x19? What tyres did you use?
Yes Timo, same wheels as yours ! The tires are 235/35 R19 for now, but i will replace them in the spring with some 255 or 265, as they are way too stretched for my taste...
Some more pictures for you and Zaeem ;)

Man ...roadrunner... that is another seriously nice R.
Regretting not going down the R route now. Particularly with a good set of coilovers!
I can see a new suspension set up, in my future. To alleviate the pain some what!

Hello mate,
Love the colour of the car!
One question for you, is this the iridium grey?
I am sure i have read somewhere that this particular colour did not come out until the 2011 model, as yours is 2009?
forgive me if i am wrong, i do not own a Scirocco as of yet, but i am in the market for the iridium grey.
So if anyone could enlighten me on this if i am required to buy a 2011 or i am safe to pick up a 09 rocco

Thanks!
C.

Cheers for the quick posts guys!
Yes, i thought so as per this post i just spotted http://www.sciroccocentral.co.uk/forum/ ... f=4&t=4881" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Is there much of a difference? from what i can tell the pewter grey is duller and the iridium grey is a metallic sparkle effect.
Tidy looking ride you have there DavidC
I am after a 2.0 tsi iridium grey, kind of limited at 14K as i am only 19 but cant really find any petrol iridium greys, there all TDIs
