Hi just wondering how to connect my phone to the Bluetooth audio, I've tried it several times but neither the phone or the Bluetooth in the car is recognising each other
Thanks in advance

If you are unsure. Check under the passanger seat, the bluetooth box is placed there. If it's installed from factory.

Re: Bluetooth Audio
I was told by the dealers that it does have Bluetooth that would allow me to play music from my phone, but it doesn't have a handsome system. Thanks ill have a look under the passenger seat

Not clear which country you are in but it's under the driver's seat on RHD cars, passenger on LHD cars.cyberazy wrote:I was told by the dealers that it does have Bluetooth that would allow me to play music from my phone, but it doesn't have a handsome system. Also, as far as I'm aware, VW don't just do Bluetooth for audio but it's included as part of the handsfree phone system.
You also have to remember salesmen are often not up to speed with such items and can't talk absolute rubbish at times.
It will be obvious on your DIS or when you push the phone button on the headunit if you have Bluetooth or not.
