SD CARD TO HDD

Post by robinalex »

Hi Guys, any help would be most appreciated. Just put some of my albums, all in mp3 format onto a 2gb SD card with a folder for each artist. Inserted nearly full SD card into the slot with a view to copy them across to the RNS510 HDD and then wipe the card and copy the rest across but when I insert the SD card there is only one album visible when there must be at least twelve albums on the card. The one visible album copies across to the HDD perfectly but there is nothing else there. Can I only put and copy one album at a time on the SD card then wipe card and out next album on? This would take forever. Am I missing something that is more straight forward?

The head unit only detects one folder, you need to create a parent folder and then place all the sub folders in that, you should then be able to view and copy them all over.
