RNS510 DVD Help

Post by Lewis1982 »

Hi all I Just bought my self a lovely pewter Grey Scriocco GT And am very pleased with it, just trying to work out how everything works :) I was just wondering if its possible to copy a film from my computer onto DVD and play it in the car? Also what format does the DVD player read :?

Thanks, Steven

Definetly possible mate, I play original dvd's on mine but I guess copy's will be no different if they are in a compatible format but I'm not sure what the format is.

Yep, works great - you just need to ensure the DVD you make is in the proper DVD format i.e. you can't just burn an mkv/avi/xvid file to a blank DVD disc then watch it - anything other than the DVD VOB format must be converted and burned to DVD with something like Nero (or any other DVD-making software ;)
