when have you change your disc n pads on scirocco R

hello i have a scirocco R since may 2011 with 47 000 mi/kilometres actually

the brakes pads are soon dead.. and i thinks the disc also 3-4 mm wear out

how many kilometres have you change yours ? disc or pads, or disc and pads ?
