Digital Speedo on MFD

How do I reinstate the speedo on the MFD to digital,it used to be constantly digital but I've lost it,tried everything, must be something simple

Check in MFD Data in MFD options menu.

Yeah Zenekor I looked at handbook and went into menu, was all in order till I got to where Digital Speedo ON/OFF shud be and it wasn't there, said in handbook something about second speed and thats not there. Looked for the rocker switch on wiper stalk and I haven@t got one !!! Wonder if it needs coding looking at' I had a code altered when I had external mic fitted on after market hands free (Fiscon) but as its not my car (wifes) don't think it disapeared after that. Maybe needs plugging in to computer
