Nice works Orjan. I have a question about the part i've highlighted here :

Image

We've looked for this part @ my Dealer, but they cannot find it. It seems to me this is only removable by first getting the total doorpanel out. Is that correct?

Do you have a partnumber for this (Left and Right) ?

This because i also have new ideas for the trims, but the standard color of these little parts are alu-like. So i also want to change these.

Thanks in advance,

Eric

I´m sorry I do not have the part numbers. Yes you have to remove the doorpanel to get to this part.

Thanks very much. We've looked at the Dealer indeed to the total grab handle parts, but these we're not shown.

Go for a quick Dealer visit upcoming week with these partnumbers.

So almost finished wiring the new speakers! here is on of the doorpanels. Before I put it back on the car I will lay dynamat all over to stop noise!

As you can see I can reach the settings for the tweeter by the hole for the underdoor light. I don´t have the light, only the glass! :)

I use it daily, I think it´s lowered more than 55mm. I think it´s 70 or 80mm at the back! a little less in the front! However, I have a clearance to the road in the lowest point under the car at 78mm. There are places I cant drive, some gravel roads and such!

I can lower it more on the coils but then I couldn´t pass over speed bumps...

In Germany they only quote TÜV approved lowering range, not possible range, so the shock might be treaded to go lower. Going outside the range, might lead to blown shocks though, and the warranty is no longer valid

Yes you are correct! I have about 3cm more clearance on the threads to lower it. So you definitely can lower it more than the approved 65mm.
