Here's an interpretation of my 2011 Scirocco from Singapore! She's a 1.4TSI + 7DSG with HID + Sunroof opted in. All roccos in Singapore comes with the Highline MFD, Automatic Climate Control, RNS510 and KESSY as standard. Our choices for other options can be quite limited if you ask me as the local dealer prefers to sell ready stocked cars. I had to wait for her for 6 months to be shipped from Portugal.
And not forgetting the exorbitant price we have to pay for a car! (think 65,000 pounds) So yes, she is extremely precious to me!
Options: 19 inch lugano alloys , Metal pedals, satnav , DAB , leather , parking sensors , Red footwell LEDs , white led interior , hkb door sills , Needle sweep ,Horn beep on open/close , big speedo, drl deactivated, cornering fogs, An ocd for keeping it clean! Gloss black mirrors. revo stage 1 remap

Singapore applies an exorbitant amount of tax on all car purchases because they have such a small amount of land, and don't want it filled with traffic jams.
Think of a basic 3 series BMW costing ~£165k and the Scirocco suddenly seems reasonable!

Spot on! You'd be surprised that a 1.8L Toyota Corolla currently costs more than my Rocco!
