Hi guys, due to a possible change in financial circumstances there's a chance i'm gunna have to get rid of my rocco.
it's a 2009 in rising blue manual with 2600 miles on the clock, only options are a parrot bluetooth fitted from new.
it's a GT 2.0 TSi what do think it's worth????

That is such a shame that you may be selling up already. The Scirocco is so new still it does not seem to show up on the used car price valuation databases, but you can bank on the standard £2K drop as soon as you drive it off the forecourt, + normal depreciation costs.
As the car is so new I would say as a guide it is worth what you paid for it less £3K which is bad enough, but depreciation always worse in the first year

Yes ditto the comments by skippy re it's a shame...
I would summise based upon what demo cars are going for and there specs, you would be looking at around £17-18k

Have a look on the VW used list to see if there's anything similar.
My dealer sold their 5k mile black demo for £21k a couple of weeks back so you never know.

Hmm, I wouldn't be so sure about that:-andy wrote:i reckon if you can manage to hang for it for 18 months things should improve
- Car will be 2 years old
- The rumoured internally facelifted model will be out
- There will be many more about in general, or if not, they'll be trying very hard to shift them!
Best way to look at cars to to enjoy them whilst you have them, and then breath deep and take the hit on the depreciation
Hope you're not forced into selling it!

Re: WHAT'S IT WORTH????
depends on spec but as i'm advertising one at £17995 on an '08 and not getting realistic enquires on it I'm thinking £15k - £16k for a standard car. At this stage in the market options make a difference and situation may get better soon as supply is likely to dry up once stock cars sell through.JaseW wrote:I was right on the nose then..business manager wrote:£17995 privately
