Ye I'm not sure on the colour :-/ but each to their own and fair play for being different. I think if they were polished they would look amazing though

Yes, Sparki, I'm considering to take off the paint again and re-do it.
The plan was to polish the front and keep the windows black on these, but I fcuk'ed up the polishing....so i put a rush job on with the rattle can
The gold bolts have arrived

I apologise in advance if this is a stupid question but i am a total newbie I am thinking of buying the same wheels as these but in 19" genuine bbs rs gt1. can you use the standard wheel studs. they are 5x112 fitment so i guess they go straight on but would you need spacers or anything, they are staggered 8.5 and 9.5 j on the rears. thank you in advance for replies beno

You need longer bolts for the RS-GT's, at least thats what I needed for the 20's
Why are you going to use a staggered fitment, when there is much more space in the front than in the rear?
The rears in 9,5x19 is ET 32, I suggest you roll or make the rear arches wider, as they will poke....I would say these are not a good fitment for the Scirocco
Here's a pic of my rears, with ET 36, yours will poke 4 mm more than this, if you are lowered 65 mm, even more if you are at the standard ride height

I have now bought some Crown Jewel centers to build some 20 inch rims around. I have also bought the suitable reverse hardware.
They will look something like this when finished, These are 11.5x20, so mine will have 2-3" less dish

The first ones where for a Golf 5, the second for Scirocco.
You cant tell the difference from the outside, and you cant feel much difference when driving, but the I need the Scirocco ones to stay road legal here in Norway
