I have a 2011 1.4 tsi dsg box 7 speed, i have a rattle when coming unto junctions and stopping. Its more prevelent when the windows are down, took it to dealers said it was the clutches as the 2011 7 speed dsg has dry plate clutches not the wet plate clutches fitted on the 6 speed dsg.

I have a 2011 1.4 tsi with DSG box have no problem upto yet, i have the 7 speed box. I agree with the other people that it changes gears at higher revs. I tend to drive the car hard, as its learns your style of driving the DSG compensates. Try that for a few days 3-4 see how you get on.

I am now finding that i have very poor exceleration seem to have lost supercharger? has anyone had this problem before, also at tick over rev gauge wont exceed 3900-400 rpm?
Can anyone shed any light on these problems?,

I have a 2011 spec 1.4 TSI 7 speed DSG, i have developed a flat spot between 1700 - 2300 in D2 i have the accelerator flat down nothing happens then 2-3 seconds later the engine picks up again, anyone else had this problem? Hi, I have a Scirocco 1.4 tsi 160 dsg box 2011 had it two weeks mine has a squeak. It developed after two weeks it's in the dealers now the say it's the water pump? And it's coupled to the supercharger. Which is being removed now. As soon as I find out more from the dealers I will let you know,
