okay cheers for the info, makes sense now and i saw that tool in the boot. Didn't realise they were caps (doah on my part). I guess they are meant as a deterant (worked on me - hehe)

I notice they do european covers to deflect the headlights. They would do the job if you could remove the deflector bit.
