Scirocco Central

Hi

I am using VW roof bars on my Scirocco. When I travel the black clips on the side of the bars always seem to flip up and stick out which is really annoying! Does anyone else have the same problem and have they ideas how to fix it.

Can anyone recommend a good alloy wheel repair kit or should I get them done at the garage? It is for a couple of very minor scuffs on the rim of the wheels courtesy of a badly designed multi-storey car park - nothing to do with my driving

I have a pair of Thule 591 Proride Bike Carriers and was wondering if they will fit (clamp) onto VW roof bars? Any advice appreciated.

Impressive, I tried one recently at the bike shop and didn't think to put the feet on top of the spoiler so I might give it another try.
What are the bottom straps attached to? Shouldn't they be attached to the bottom of the boot?

I know this has been covered previously, but does anyone have any recommendations and photos of the bike carrier they are using? I was thinking of the Saris Bones but worried it might crack the spoiler.
I want to transport 2 mountain bikes and really don't want to put roof bars on.
