2-4 weeks from your build week seems to be the usual, it depends mostly on shipping times

mine is confirmed as build week 23 so should be with me sooner that i was quoted, how can you find out when the ships are due, can i work out roughly how long its gona take once it rolls off next week ?

phoned my dealer again today for an up date, and am now being told i have an est build week of 23 not 24 as it was 2 -3 weeks ago and coz its build after wk 22 i get the changes "red TSI badge " woop

as i under stand the delivery time after the car is build is move based on the day your car rolls off the asembly line in relation to the next ship leaving.. and i think the ships go about once a fortnight, so you can be lucky and if ya car rolls of on the tuesday and a ship is leaving on then wedne...

thats pretty good dan!! rocs are built on a 'just in time' system so parts are ordered so they arrive just in time for manufacture they don't hold massive stocks of everything so once your order is logged they have to work out how it will fit in with what parts are being delivered when. how do they pic what gets built when ? i called my dealer today and they have given me my comms number, but are saying im est. build week 24!!! how can there be people who have orderd after me and getting build week over a month before mine ? hmmmmm do the pull the cars out of a hat or something lol
