I can confirm that chrome tailpipes come as standard on the 170 tdi gt, picked mine up saturday with them on,

Mine arrived at the dealers this morning, and i'm having it on saturday. But they said i could have had it on friday.

I think it all depends on how busy they are as the P.D.I doesn't take very long and neither does a Valet.

If i were you, I would kick up a stink and go after some freebies!!

Spoke to dealer today, he said that a boat sailed on monday 30/11, another on sailed today 02/12, and that there are two more scheduled to sail on saturday 05/12. Hopefully mine was on todays!! Spoke to dealer this morning, he reckons that boats are now going weekly. One is scheduled for Weds 2nd Dec.

Hi all, i've had my build week confirmed as week 48, by the dealer today.

Am I looking at christmas delivery? Or am i being too optimistic? Reading earlier posts, it seems as if the shipping times have greatly improved.

Never used vw before, so can anyone shed any light?
