Re: Audio options.
im also upgrading my audio system and i opted to upgrading all 4 speakers instead of what the guy said to upgrade the 2 at front and then amp.
stock speakers have started crackling really hard, theyre very tired i think. dont think i could get a good sound out of them

Re: Possible sale. Price ideas?
are you sure you want to switch to a car with fewer 80 horses thats not going to get much better mpgs anyway? a 1 series is a good car but if you want something truly more economical aim at a 118d or 120d imo.
imo youll get maybe 5 more mpgs.

Re: Removed the clutch bleeder delay (All 6MT)
i would like to do this as well because shifting feels retarded in this car. so basically i have to take that little yellow valve off, put the thing back in, then get a random person to pump the clutch with the brake reservoir open, is that it?

Re: Scirocco 1.4TSI 160
hello. the issues with the 160 are quite common but that still wouldnt push me away from it, as when you can get a working one its a really fun engine compared to the 122 hp one. maybe get a obd reader plug it in while you test drive and look for any misfire readings on it. if you can somehow get a ...

Re: 1.4 TSI 160 low compression in one cylinder
i bought it from a private seller and im from italy. i think im going to have the engine rebuilt from a garage, new pistons and head rebored. pistons that will be put in are most likely going to be of better quality than what vw used back in 2008, so they shouldnt crack and i should have an engine i...
