does anybody know how to do a window glass alignment?

any luck with this? i have the exact same problem and it is driving me crazy. on the highway wind hits that little gap and it whistles

From inside the cabin, the rattle seems as if it is coming from the dash panel with the climatronic temp sensor (square box in center of dash by the front windscreen). By pushing down on it, I can hear the rattle/tapping sound, has anybody had this same issue? I don't suppose this would have anythin...
