Thanks for that, I've tried 4 separate times and all my journeys were longer than 20 mins so it just doesn't appear to be working. I'll see if the dealership has a map disc they can re-load.

Hi I plugged my Ipod into the charger, and somehow by doing so it's changed my navigation system to German. I went into Setup; then System; then language; and selected English, but a pop-up screen saying.. "Die Gewunschte Sprache Wird Geladen..." which sits there forever not doing anything...
