Re: AC compressor replacement, HOT weather! Save me!!
Usually the last Letter in a VW part code is just a revision number so you should be good. http://s18.postimg.org/hqz2917fd/scirocco_compressor.png For some reason I didn't get a notification of your message. Still didn't find one within my budget. [emoji37] So basically I can go for ending with C ...

AC compressor replacement, HOT weather! Save me!!
Hey, Having this really hot weather I realised my AC is not working... Took it to the garage with crossed fingers for having only to refill the gas. Bad news the compressor is busted and apparently it's a common fault! Been quoted £370! It might be a fair price but I ain't got that amount of money! ...

Re: Retrofit MFSW buttons?
I did a quick research and these buttons come in 2 versions. Can't really tell from the picture if those are the latest ones. I found these part numbers: 1K0 959 537 J 1K0 959 538 F Not sure to which these correspond as only pictures from forums come up on my google search. To be honest I am struggl...

Re: Gap in front bumper
I've got the same issue on mine, though it's not as visible.
Let me know how the fix goes and I'll try to do the same with mine.
PS take some pictures when you're at it...

Re: Retrofit MFSW buttons?
I'd like to retrofit the mfsw buttons in my 2009 Scirocco. Problem is I can't find the buttons that would fit my steering wheel. They don't have them here either http://www.cars-equipment.com/www/en/shop/switches-buttons/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; I believe mine is the...

Re: What did you do to your Scirocco today?
Changed all my after market alloy bolts from silver to black, silver bolts on my black wheels looked crap! Also new lock nuts also in black. Looks much better now :) Have you not considered these bolt cap covers they sell a lot cheaper on eBay?! http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&alt=web...

Re: What did you do to your Scirocco today?
I've changed my front and rear badges. A bit frosty weather! You can see the frozen bonnet in the picture. A bit of extra use for the hairdryer. The badges came off easy, a bit too easy! The front one would have come off with the next jet wash at the car wash! http://tapatalk.imageshack.com/v2/14/12...

Re: The Photography Topic
Hi all! I thought I'd introduce myself here. I am using a Nikon D3100 and have a history with photography and started all with a ZENIT TTL SLR. So basically started from the basics :) Things turned round when I built my first drone and started shooting with a GoPro HERO 3 Black edition. Now I am hop...

Re: DIY BRAKE PADS AND DISC CHANGE :HELP:
Hi I thought it's not worth me starting a new topic as mine would look the same. I've got a 2.0 TDI DSG from 2009 and want to change my front disks and brake pads. I've previously done this on a Citroen C4 so should be able to change it. My worry is I won't order the right parts. Where could I find ...
