I find halfords expensive. But saying that they have everything a regular motorist may want. However I don't think trade would go anywhere near them.

Remaps are fantastic. And they can be designed for what you want. Better mpg. Better responce. Better torge. Either way done correctly it will bring out the best in your engine.

Don't want to scare you but I have heard that the dsg on other vw sometimes develop similar problems. I would suggest going to the dealer and getting them to look at it.
