In the convenience mode menu you can set them to drop when you unlock, see if that helps or does anything? If not to recalibrate, jump in car and open both windows. Then do up both windows (holding the button, not one touch) but when it gets to the top keep hold of the button for about 5 seconds aft...

Having just bought ours, one reason was a more economical car, coming from a Corsa VXR which barely got 300 miles on a tank. Our first tank has done 100 miles and has 350 left, well impressed.
