The only thing i would change is go for smaller tires, they will come a bit too wide, i think.
My 9" with 215/30 fall just inside, with the air suspension all down.

Re: Another will-they-fit question regarding 20" alloys
20", 9 wide, 215/30 do fit nicely.
How wide are those you look after? And, more important, how low is your Scirocco?

I'm not that far into car electronics, how did you add an extra 12V wire?

Re: TPMS retrofit cable too short?
Roy,
Mine is an early '09 car, with the red mfd.. With vcds I went in the abs control module (03 I think) and ticked the tpms box? Didn't know about another coding?

Re: TPMS retrofit cable too short?
Finally I found some time to finish the cable. I plugged it in the hole 35 of the abs plug, as described everywhere, and programmed in vcds, but I don't see anything new on my dashboard, and pushing the button doesn't do anything.. What did I do wrong? Right now it seems I've put an extra switch in ...

Re: Still getting rattling noise from interior
If you open the door, there is a piece of the dash you can take out. You see some big bolts in there, sounds like they are a bit loose.. Had the same in mine, tighten up all the nuts and bolts you see, and take a drive. Hopefully this does the trick for you?

TPMS retrofit cable too short?
Hi all, Tonight I tried to install the TPMS button I ordered some time ago from bold-sport. Connecting the button was no problem at all, but then there is one long red wire, which is meant to be connected into the abs pump.. I routed it as been told, removed the battery to find the little thing, and...

Re: MDI iPod problem
I bought a brand new iPod classic the day I installed the MDI box. So pretty sure it has no battery issues. And it stays plugged in all the time, only take it out to update it with new music I've bought..
Firmware for the MDI, didn't know about that? How do I check, and if needed how to update?

MDI iPod problem
Hello, I've installed the MDI box, have it for a year and a half now, tucked away in the space above the glovebox under the airbag (easier to install instead of running it to the armrest). Most of the time I've got the iPod playing instead of the radio, and because I've got a lot of music I just let...
