I've read a couple of things about this.. surely it can't be true?

I would have thought it'd be do-able through VAGCOM or some sort of update through the dealer???

I'd say take the wheels off, gives you a chance to clean the inner rim aswell that I'm sure will be stinking after the winter.

Alternatively a bit of insulation tape on a small/thin flathead screwdriver and a steady hand will get them out without damaging the wheel

I live near cardiff and I'd say the best thing for mid wales is to build a race track there.. Cover everything north of brecon and south of snowdon.. job done

I find what car normally over values and parkers is nearer to the mark.. Check with glass and take an average of the 3?

Most of the jobs people are listing on here are very important sounding?!

Obviously the upper class of society running the Scirocco's these days...

I'm in IT but it's not a big fancy title, just a mixture of desktop/2nd line support... pays the bills

They will do a smart repair on that, almost certainly going to be done by a contractor they get in... Check it thoroughly before accepting the car back or you'll be down the dealers again before you know it

As a prospective Scirocco owner (and current BMW owner) I think you've got to expect this type of behaviour if you want to own/drive nice cars.

I can deal with people wanting to race me etc, it's the idiots who key cars or open there's doors into you that get me!!

I'll be looking at 09/10 models and I've noticed some seem to have different steering wheels and some say they are 210 not 200bhp?
