Guys,

Have had my 'Rocco for a few days now but I can't seem to find a good set up with the sound system (Treble, Mid and Bass)

Can anyone recommend some settings please?

Try fading all the way to the front so the rear's aren't playing. I also balance shifted a couple to the right and left everything else flat. Made a big difference for me.
