Scirocco Central

I've had my Scirocco now for about a month and have noticed my iPod Classic 160Gb goes offline occasionally. I've been trying to see if there is any pattern to it and it looks as though a sharp turn takes it out. Has anyone else noticed this? Im wondering if the iPod has some sort of protection to the harddrive and perhaps sudden turns is triggering it.

The Classic has, as You note, a spinning harddrive. Have You ever tried to turn/steer a bicycle wheel that is spinning in free air? Hard!
Try to secure the iPod horisontally, then it should not be affected by Your hoonage ;-)
