Autoperfection Delays [Suggest You Avoid Them]

Post by caprinolaw »

Has anybody else experienced excessive delays with Autoperfection recently?

I placed an order with them nearly 2 months ago and still havent had it delivered.

Having spoken to them twice with 2 emails promising to sort it out I have had nothing. I have now asked for a full refund and intend to take my business elsewhere.

Can anyone recommend a decent (FAST) supplier of cleaning materials?

I like Polished Bliss. Free postage and prices are ok to, when others state its money off etc when its what you pay for anywhere else.
I used mainly though to buy Werkstat .

just google a product and you will find many companies. I have used juicydetail, i4detail, waxamomo, polishbliss, elite, monza car care. all seems to deliver at normal time i.e. standard days via royal mail.

I've always found Polished Bliss and Alex @ Elite Car Care very helpful. Next purchase will be some Fk1000 for dads Merc though not sure who retails that at the moment.

Cheers for all of the suggestions.

I have now had enough of them not responding to me or offering a refund and have started going through the official channels to get my money back (I luckily paid by credit card).

Avoid Autoperfection!!

I was just coming on here to find out if there was any news on Autoperfection.

Their service used to be great (typically 2-3 days to deliver) and such a friendly couple - but last time I tried to place an order, my credit card details wouldn't go through so I used their phone back option and never heard anything and I can't contact them - the phone is permanently on answerphone - so presumably they have run into problems or perhaps gone bust? Any news from anyone in the know? Why did they cease to become sponsors on this forum?

They stopped being good at the end of 2010.
Lots of delays, no responses to emails or answer phone messages.

It was rumoured that family issues were the problem with the company, however they never responded to anyone on the forum, if they had we would have understood!
Eventually when I managed to get an email answered they replied saying they had NO history of my complaints/problems, strange as I had sent 7 emails + left about 5 messages on the phone.

The forum mods decided to take away the sponsorship, to avoid further frustration.
