Is a '14 plate twincharge a safe buy?

Hi all,
Assuming all other normal considerations for a ten year old car are taken into account, is a '14 reg twincharge a safe buy?
I am well aware that the 08-12 twincharge is not. Thing is, my research isn't filling me with confidence about the later version either.
Really grateful for any help, I'm off to buy one on Thursday I think.
