P0237 and P012C

Hi all been scratching my head with this one. Iv got a 1.4tsi twin charge scirocco 2011 and I had a P0237 and P012C code come on last week(Boost sensor circuit low input). Iv replaced and shuffled map/boost sensors about but still no good. Iv chased wiring back to ecu and all checks out good. Right voltage and done continuity tests to check for any split wiring but all seems to check out.
What I noticed was that my secondary O2 sensor has taken a few scrapes and has split one of the wires. This wouldn’t throw a boost fault would it? I must mention I’m currently running a custom stage 2 and not sure if the secondary sensors been deleted or not.
