Scirocco 14 TSI 160 Issue

Hi,
I have 2012 Scirocco 1.4 160 TSI with manual gearbox. I've recently experience some issues with my car. When i would go on the highway car wouldn't let me get above 3k rpm. Okay, I take it to the mechanic he changes the valve (03C128063A) okay, now the car does let me pass 3k rpm but there is no power. I don't hear the turbo okey, turbo shuts down, but why? How can i fix this? There is also no faults, no lights on the dash.
