Seeking advice on a rattle issue with my 2008 Scirocco, stage one tuned 160hp engine, now pushing around 220hp. Every cold start, after sitting for a day, it has concerning rattle, which I suspect might be related to the timing chain. Although I successfully addressed a previous idling sound caused by a fuel line issue, this new rattle persists for about a minute upon startup(sometimes way shorter), disappearing once the car warms up. I've scoured forums, with conflicting opinions—some suggest timing chain replacement only upon engine lamp activation and fault codes, while others warn of potential catastrophic engine failure if not addressed promptly. Also heard that i better fill with 5w40(I recently filled with 5w30) and it usually helps with the sound. Is this a common quirk of the 1.4 TSI engine during cold starts, or should I be more concerned? Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help!

In the video i could not capture the start moment but it is the well known loud rattle and the rest you see/hear in the video. It persist the whole video but after 10-15 seconds when i start to drive it was gone. I have no issues with the sound after the engine is warm! I changed spark plugs and ignition coils and made a big maintenance (new oil(castrol 5w30), oil filter, air filter)
