Hoping for some help!

My 2011 2.0TSI is having some issues. I have the EPC light showing and a workshop warning however no codes are being found when I scan for them. I will randomly lose power when driving as if the throttle is barely being touched, even when my foot is all the way down. If I lift off the throttle and push back down it will drive again. It does this multiple times when I first start driving the car and then randomly it’ll stop doing it and I can drive normally. Any ideas would be appreciated!

Surprised there is no codes stored, although it depends on what type of code reader you used. Some of the cheaper ones don't display all the codes.

EPC light normally refers to the fly by wire throttle therefore areas to look at are the throttle body and the throttle pedal.
